Affiliates are bound by the following terms and conditions and YOU agree to be bound by them when you decide to join this program:
1. Affiliate payment:
a) Affiliate payment is made monthly for affiliates whose earnings reach $50 and above
b) Affiliates are paid on the 5th of the following month
c) Payment Mode: We pay affiliates using the following payment methods . . .
i) Alertpay
ii) Direct bank deposit (Nigeria residents only) and
iii) bank wire transfer
d) Minimum commission level to be sent bank wire transfer is $400
e) Bank wire transfer fee is $85 or 1% (whichever is greater) per transfer and this is deducted from the affiliate income before it is sent
2. Affiliates whose earnings do not reach the minimum payout will have to wait for payment in the payment cycle when they reach the minimum payment amount
3. You agree not to use any form of spam to promote our affiliate program. Affiliates who use spam will be delisted.
4. Finalized Earnings: We pay commission on valid sales. Commission will not be paid on fraudulent sales or invalid system generated sales including (but not limited to) commission credit prior to actual membership fee payment. The finance team evaluates all sales and pays commission only on actual sales. Hence, finalized earnings may differ from earnings shown in the affiliate account.
5. Finalized earnings and final commission payouts are non-negotiable.
6. Productivity bonus is given to affiliates who meet the requirements for receiving productivity bonus for the month in question. This is a performance-based incentive to motivate affiliates and the amount given is solely at the discretion of Erimama.com. This amount can be reviewed at any time without prior notice.
7. The management of Erimama.com reserves the right to modify the payment plan as necessary to achieve overall best performance of the company. You agree to be bound by changes if any and also agree that posting the changes to this site is sufficient notice.
8. You understand that Erimama.com uses various payment services (online and offline) to accept payment from members and pay affiliates. You agree not to hold Erimama.com or any of its agents, admins, administrators or sponsors liable for any loss in earnings or potential loss in earnings due to online or offline payment processor failures or site hosting and/or domain hosting services failures.
9. You agree to indemnify Erimama.com and/or its agents or anyone else involved in creating, managing or sponsoring Erimama.com service from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including attorneys’ fees) and damages arising out of claims based upon use of Erimama.com, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service, loss of potential earnings and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.
10. You agree that any issues arising from using this site and that requires a law suit will be resolved appropriately in Lagos state Nigeria
11. Erimama.com and its agents reserve the right to make modifications to the pay plan when, and if, necessary. And this review is solely at the discretion of the company.
12. Payment Delay: Our credit card processing company applies a 28 day delay on credit card payments. This means credit card payments are held for 28 days before being released to us. Since we can only make payments to affiliates after we receive the funds from the credit card processing company, affiliate payments will be delayed by one (1) month. This means earnings for a particular month will be received two payment cycles after that month. This impact will be felt most by new affiliates. When you qualify for payment every month, you will receive payment every month. That is, after the first month of payment delay.
13. By continuing to use our service you agree to all the terms above and any that may be put in place from time to time as our business evolves. And you agree that posting the changes on this site is sufficient notice.
